Light snow showers linger east of the Continental Divide through the morning, but little additional accumulation will occur. Daytime highs will be well below normal in the single digits and teens. Breezy north wind across mainly northern portions of the Bighorn Basin and Johnson County will lead to sub-zero wind chill values at times Saturday afternoon and evening. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday. Sunday and Monday...Dangerously cold temperatures are forecast starting Sunday morning. Brief clearing in cloud cover during the early morning hours will lead to morning lows well below zero and 15 below to 20 below zero in some locations. Sunday highs remain in the single digits and lower teens. Even colder temperatures are forecast for Monday and Tuesday morning. Current forecasts are showing morning lows on these days ranging from the 10 below to as much as 25 below zero. Some locations could see even colder values if the right conditions are met. After a very cold start, Monday high temperatures struggle to get above zero across much of the state. Tuesday...Gusty southwest wind allows for daytime highs to climb into the teens and 20s. The wind could lead to areas of blowing snow across central Wyoming, mainly Natrona County. Wednesday through Friday...An active and unsettled weather pattern returns for the second half of the week. Light snow would be favored across the northwest and northern mountains in this pattern. Temperatures remain below normal. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
