This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of southwestern
South Dakota...the Black Hills of South Dakota...and northeast
Wyoming.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

A red flag warning is in effect this afternoon and early evening
for very low humidity and gusty winds. An isolated thunderstorm is
possible this evening. Severe storms are not expected.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday

Elevated fire weather conditions are expected to continue through
midweek.

PORTIONS OF NORTHEAST WY AND FAR SOUTHWEST SD...

.Breezy westerly winds gusting to around 25 mph, combined with
relative humidities falling to around 10 percent will support
critical fire weather conditions this afternoon. Isolated dry
thunderstorms will also be possible this evening.

THIS EVENING FOR GUSTY WINDS AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY FOR FIRE
WEATHER ZONES 314, 315, 317, AND 322...

* AFFECTED AREA...Fire Weather Zones 314 Northern Campbell, 315
  Southern Campbell, 317 Weston County Plains and 322 Fall River
  County Area.

* WINDS...Northwest 10 to 15 mph with gusts up to 25 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 10 percent.

* IMPACTS...The combination of gusty winds and low relative
  humidity will produce critical fire weather conditions.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are either occurring now, or will shortly. A combination of
strong winds, low relative humidity, and warm temperatures can
contribute to extreme fire behavior.
