This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of panhandle
Nebraska...east central Wyoming...south central Wyoming and
southeast Wyoming.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

Very warm to hot temperatures are forecast today. A heat advisory
remains in effect for much of southeast Wyoming and the Nebraska
Panhandle. See the latest Heat Advisory Statement for further
details. Additionally, dry thunderstorms are expected across a
majority of the region this afternoon and evening as monsoon
moisture arrives. See the latest Red Flag Warning Statement for
further details.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY

Showers and thunderstorms are expected Monday through Wednesday of
next week. The potential for isolated severe thunderstorms exists
on Monday and Tuesday.

Spotter activation will not be needed today. However, spotter
activation may be needed on Monday and Tuesday.

The National Weather Service in Cheyenne has issued a Red Flag
Warning, which is in effect from 10 AM this morning to 10 PM MDT
this evening.

* AFFECTED AREA...Fire weather zone 435.Fire weather zone
  436.Fire weather zone 437.Fire weather zone 417.Fire weather
  zone 418.Fire weather zone 425.Fire weather zone 428.Fire
  weather zone 429.Fire weather zone 430.Fire weather zone
  431.Fire weather zone 432.Fire weather zone 433.

* WIND...West to northwest winds of 10 to 20 mph with wind gusts
  to 30 mph.

* HUMIDITY...7 to 15 percent.

* THUNDERSTORMS...Scattered to numerous dry thunderstorms will be
  present this afternoon and evening across southeast Wyoming and
  the Nebraska Panhandle.

* IMPACTS...any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
  Outdoor burning is not recommended.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are either occurring now, or will shortly. A combination of
strong winds, low relative humidity, and warm temperatures can
contribute to extreme fire behavior.
