This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of south central
and southeast Wyoming.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

Periodic strong winds will continue early this morning. Gusts in
excess of 60 mph are likely, especially along Interstate 80 around
Arlington, Elk Mountain, Summit, and along Interstate 25 between
Chugwater and Wheatland.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY

The probability for widespread hazardous weather is low.

.Spotter information statement...

Spotter activation will not be needed. Relay reports of high winds
to the Cheyenne National Weather Service.

...HIGH WIND WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 AM MDT EARLY THIS
MORNING...

* WHAT...Sustained west to southwest winds 30 to 45 mph with gusts
  up to 65 mph.

* WHERE...North Snowy Range Foothills including Arlington and Elk
  Mountain.

* WHEN...Until 6 AM MDT Saturday morning.

* IMPACTS...Mainly to transportation. Strong cross winds will be
  hazardous to light weight and high profile vehicles, including
  camping and tractor trailers. There will be a high risk for
  vehicle blow overs.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

People should avoid being outside in forested areas and around
trees and branches. If possible, remain in the lower levels of
your home during the windstorm, and avoid windows. Use caution if
you must drive.
