This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of panhandle
Nebraska...east central Wyoming...south central Wyoming and
southeast Wyoming.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

Widespread frost is expected across a large portion of southeast
Wyoming and the western Nebraska Panhandle late tonight into early
Tuesday morning as temperatures fall into the middle to upper 30s.
The most likely area for freezing temperatures will be along and
west of the Laramie Range, where a Freeze Watch is in effect.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY

The probability for widespread hazardous weather is low.

...FREEZE WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM LATE TONIGHT THROUGH
TUESDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 29 degrees possible.

* WHERE...Portions of southeast Wyoming along and west of the
  Laramie Range, including but not limited to Laramie, Rawlins,
  and Saratoga.

* WHEN...From late Monday night through Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
  plumbing.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold. To prevent
freezing and possible bursting of outdoor water pipes they should
be wrapped, drained, or allowed to drip slowly. Those that have
in-ground sprinkler systems should drain them and cover above-
ground pipes to protect them from freezing.
