This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of panhandle
Nebraska...east central Wyoming...south central Wyoming and
southeast Wyoming.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT

Widespread strong winds continue today with High Wind Warnings
running through this afternoon.

Fire weather threat continues this afternoon with Red Flag
Warnings in effect for the Nebraska Panhandle.

Colder temperatures and snow tonight into Tuesday with 1-2 feet
of snowfall expected in the Snowy and Sierra Madre Ranges.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY

Snow accumulations of Trace to 3 inches possible for lower
elevations Tuesday. Expecting single digit temperatures Tuesday
night.

High wind potential returns Tuesday night through Wednesday.

...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 PM MST THIS
EVENING...

* WHAT...Heavy snow. Additional snow accumulations of 8 to 12
  inches. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.

* WHERE...Sierra Madre Range and Snowy Range.

* WHEN...Until 6 PM MST this evening.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Patchy blowing
  snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the morning or evening commute. Gusty
  winds could bring down tree branches. The cold wind chills as
  low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in
  as little as 30 minutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
your vehicle in case of an emergency.
