...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 6 PM THIS
EVENING TO 6 AM MDT MONDAY...

* WHAT...Snow and blowing snow expected. Total snow
  accumulations of 2 to 5 inches expected. Wind gusts up to 30
  MPH.

* WHERE...Laramie Valley including the city of Laramie.

* WHEN...6 PM MDT this evening until 6 AM MDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Dangerous travel conditions due to icy, snow covered
  roads and low visibilities in falling and blowing snow.
  Dangerously cold wind chills as low as 25 degrees below zero
  could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10
  minutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Slow down and use caution while traveling.

This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of panhandle
Nebraska...western Nebraska...east central Wyoming...south
central Wyoming and southeast Wyoming.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

Strong winds will persist in the wind prone areas of southeast
Wyoming through early this afternoon. High Wind Warnings are in
effect.

A winter storm will bring widespread accumulating snow and
bitterly cold temperatures to all of southeast Wyoming and the
western Nebraska Panhandle tonight through Monday morning.
Numerous Winter Storm Warnings and Advisories are in effect.
Please refer to the appropriate products for more specific
details.


.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY

In addition to the snow on Sunday, extremely dangerous wind chills
are expected across much of the region on Sunday night and Monday
morning.
