This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of panhandle
Nebraska...east central Wyoming...south central Wyoming and
southeast Wyoming.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

- Bitterly cold wind chills currently in place will come to an
  end this morning.

- Strong winds and areas of blowing snow will continue in the
  wind prone areas through the morning today. After a potential
  lull, southwest winds increase again across Carbon County this
  afternoon into Friday morning.

- Heavy mountain snowfall returns in force Thursday night and will
  continue into the weekend. The lower elevations will see a
  chance for light accumulating snow on Saturday.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY

- Active pattern continues through mid-week with multiple
  rounds of snow, frigid temperatures, and high winds possible.
