...HIGH WIND WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON MST TODAY...

* WHAT...West winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 65 mph possible.

* WHERE...South Laramie Range including the Interstate 80 Summit
  between Cheyenne and Laramie.

* WHEN...Until noon MST today.

* IMPACTS...Mainly to transportation. Strong cross winds will be
  hazardous to light weight or high profile vehicles, including
  campers and tractor trailers. In addition, areas of blowing snow
  could lead to reduced visibility, even whiteout conditions, and
  slick roads.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A High Wind Warning means a hazardous high wind event is expected or
occurring. Sustained wind speeds of at least 40 MPH or gusts of 58
MPH or stronger can lead to property damage.

Nebraska...east central Wyoming...south central Wyoming and
southeast Wyoming.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT

Another high wind event producing blowing snow will continue through
Friday at all wind prone areas. High Wind Warnings in effect through
Friday.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY

A light snow event will bring accumulating snow of around 2-5 inches
to portions of southeast Wyoming. 6 to 12 inches are possible in
the mountains.

AFTERNOON TO 11 PM MST SATURDAY...

* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 2 and 5
  inches. Totals may approach 6 inches along the I-80 summit in the
  southern Laramie Range. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph possible
  near Arlington.

* WHERE...Portions of south central and southeast Wyoming.

* WHEN...From 5 PM this afternoon to 11 PM MST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the Friday evening commute. Areas of
  blowing snow could reduce visibility and lead to slick road
  conditions across the I-80 corridor near Arlington.
