This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of panhandle
Nebraska...east central Wyoming...south central Wyoming and
southeast Wyoming.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

Widespread snow returns late tonight into early Tuesday morning
and continues throughout the day Tuesday. 1-3 inches of snow possible
in the lower terrain, 2-4 inches possible in the mountains.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY

Arctic air mass will bring very cold temperatures with overnight
wind chills into the negative 10-20`s through Thursday morning. Upper
level ridging will usher out this arctic airmass while an increase
in moisture should bring mountain snow with some light spillover
into the adjacent valleys/high plains alongside another round of
high winds.
