This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of panhandle
Nebraska...east central Wyoming...south central Wyoming and
southeast Wyoming.


A strong cold front will move south across the area this
afternoon. Rain along the front will change to snow behind the
front. There may be a brief period of mixed precipitation as
well. Winds will shift to the north and northwest and become
gusty. Temperatures will plummet into the single digits and teens
tonight. Snow accumulations will average less than an inch, with
one to two inches possible along and north of the Pine Ridge in
the northern Nebraska Panhandle.


Light snow will taper off from north to south Wednesday. Cold
temperatures wil continue through Wednesday night.

Strong winds will be possible along Interstate 80 between Rawlins
and Laramie Thursday night and early Friday morning.
