This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for the counties served by the
National Weather Service office in Birmingham.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Patchy fog may reduce visibilities to below one mile through 8 AM
along and east of Interstate 65.

A storm system is expected to bring a marginal threat for severe
storms to all of Central Alabama this afternoon into tonight.
Isolated damaging winds and a brief tornado cannot be ruled out.
The threat may begin around noon in the northwest and end around
midnight in the southeast.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.


Activation of storm spotters and emergency management may be needed
this afternoon into tonight.
