This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for north and central Georgia.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight...

A fire danger statement is in effect for all of North and Central
Georgia through 7 PM today. Low relative humidities and dry
vegetation will combine to allow wildfires to spread rapidly.
Use extreme caution during all outdoor burns.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday...

A strong system will move across the region over the weekend
bringing widespread rainfall and potentially gusty winds on
Sunday. There is a non-zero severe weather threat with the
system, primarily across central Georgia.

Spotter activation will not be needed through tonight.

...HIGH FIRE DANGER CONDITIONS THIS AFTERNOON INTO THE EVENING FOR
NORTH AND CENTRAL GEORGIA DUE TO LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITIES...

Relative Humidities of 25 percent or less can be expected for
4 or more hours this afternoon into the evening. Winds will be
East to Northeast at 5 to 10 mph.

With dry fuels, high fire danger conditions can be expected.

Please refer to your local burn permitting authorities
whether you may burn outdoors.  If you do burn outside,
use extreme caution.
