EDT SATURDAY NIGHT...

* WHAT...Winds 20 to 35 mph with gusts 30 to 50 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of central and east central Georgia.

* WHEN...From 8 AM Saturday to midnight EDT Saturday night.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Trees
  and Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may
  result.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use extra caution when driving, especially if operating a high
profile vehicle. Secure outdoor objects.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of North and Central Georgia.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight...

Isolated thunderstorms will become possible late tonight as
Tropical Storm Nestor moves onshore over the Florida panhandle.
Locally heavy rain and gusty winds will be the main hazards, but
an isolated tornado cannot be ruled out.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday...

Tropical Storm Nestor will quickly move northeast across the area
on Saturday bringing isolated thunderstorms and widespread gusty
winds. Locally heavy rain and gusty winds will be the main
hazards, but an isolated tornado cannot be ruled out.


Isolated thunderstorms will be possible into early next week as a
cold front moves to the region.

Spotter activation will not be needed through tonight.
