Freezing Rain Threat for the Central Plains and Southern Great Lakes

Ice and freezing rain will impact north-central Kansas, eastern Nebraska, much of Iowa, southern Minnesota, and Wisconsin into southern Michigan through Tuesday. A lesser threat will expand into portions of New York State and southern New England Wednesday. Meanwhile, heavy rain will impact portions of Texas and the Lower Mississippi Valley this week.
