Break the Grip of the Rip!

As temperatures continue to warm and visits to the beach increase, here's a reminder about staying safe and avoiding getting caught in a rip current. Only swim at beaches with lifeguards, know how to swim and have a flotation device, know how to spot a rip current and what to do if you are caught in one. Learn how to protect yourself from rip currents and breaking waves in the surf zone.
