...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT BERNALILLO COUNTY THROUGH 415 PM
MDT...

At 352 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
eastern Albuquerque. This storm was nearly stationary.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Eastern Albuquerque, Los Ranchos De Albuquerque, Sandia Heights,
North Valley, Alameda, and Carnuel.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

Accumulations of small hail on roads can create very slick and
hazardous driving conditions.
