.DISCUSSION...

Winds on Sunday are forecast to be northerly across eastern portions
of the forecast area, but more easterly across central South Dakota.
Speeds will stay fairly light as high pressure remains over the
area. Afternoon humidity is expected to fall to between 25 and 35
percent for most locations.

South to southeast winds will begin to increase on Monday, more so
across central South Dakota where gusts are forecast to exceed 30
mph. Humidity during the afternoon should be in the 35 to 45 percent
range for most areas.
