For the following areas...
Waters from Savannah GA to Altamaha Sound GA extending from 20 nm to
60 nm...

At 641 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located
over R2 Tower, moving east at 20 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts 35 knots or greater and large hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
         suddenly higher waves. Large hail could result in
         structural damage.

Honey Barge...                    Tug Delta Diamond...
R2 Tower...                       Tug Senasqua...

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to safe harbor immediately as gusty winds and high waves are
expected.

Boaters should seek safe harbor immediately until this storm passes.
wind gusts 35 knots or greater, large hail, high waves, dangerous
lightning, and heavy rain are possible with this storm.
