...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of east central Kerr,
southwestern Blanco, southeastern Gillespie and northern Kendall
Counties through 645 PM CDT...

At 557 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Cypress Creek, or 9 miles northeast of Kerrville, moving east at 40
mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Blanco, Stonewall, Flugrath, Luckenbach, Cain City, Old Tunnel State
Park, Bankersmith, Cypress Creek, Twin Sisters, Blumenthal, Albert,
Grapetown, and LBJ State Park.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1000 PM CDT for
south central Texas.
