  affecting Dallas County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Do not drive cars through flooded areas.
Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL LATE THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...White Rock Creek near White Rock Creek At Greenville Ave.

* WHEN...Until late this evening.

* IMPACTS...At 88.0 feet, moderate flooding will occur along the
  creek. Ball fields at Moss Park are completely flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:15 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 86.2 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 84.0 feet.
  - Flood stage is 84.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    late this morning and continue falling to 71.0 feet Monday
    morning.
