Regional Weather Summary for the High Plains

The overnight hours have seen showers and a few storms move east
across the region, generally north of Interstate 70. Temperatures
as of one in the morning ranged from 65 in Tribune, Kansas to 71
in Benkelman, Nebraska. Winds have varied in direction with speeds
generally around 5 to 15 mph.

OUTLOOK... For the morning hours, a few storms and some fog are
possible until a few hours before noon. After that, skies will
clear briefly this afternoon before additional cloud cover moves
in. Highs are forecast to climb into the mid to upper 80`s.
Tonight, skies are forecast to clear with winds becoming light.
Lows will drop into the upper 40`s and 50`s. Tomorrow, clear and
sunny skies are forecast. Temperatures will be relatively hot with
highs reaching the low to mid 90s.
