Widespread showers and storms continue across south central Kansas
and northern Oklahoma. This area of showers and storms will
continue to slowly move east through the evening hours. Latest
radar observations suggest nearly 5 inches of rain has fallen
across portions of Sumner, Cowley, and Butler counties. The
expansive cloud cover has kept temperatures in the 70s for much of
eastern Kansas.

The area of showers and storms will continue its eastward
progression into the Ozarks overnight with lows ranging from the
low 60s in western Kansas to the lower 70s in southeast Kansas.
Additional showers and storms are possible across southeast Kansas
Sunday as highs range from the low 80s in southeast Kansas to near
90 in northwest Kansas.
