Occasional wave height is the average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum. .SYNOPSIS...A broad 29.4 inch low will continue to remain over Quebec today through Monday before moving east into the Canadian Maritimes and weakening by Tuesday. A 30.1 inch high will then move from the western Great Lakes Tuesday to the Ohio Valley and New England by Wednesday.
