A cold front will cross the region today. There will be limited moisture. Increasing clouds in the morning will lead to more clouds than sunshine by the afternoon with a possible shower or two at the Baltimore Inner Harbor. Winds will become more northwest with the passing front. Gusts up to 15 to 20 mph are possible in the wake of the front. Low pressure may develop off the coast during the first part of the week with an upper level disturbance overhead, but rain chances will be slim while temperatures remain below normal. High pressure will build in from the west by Wednesday.
