* At 920 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 6 nm north of The Center Of The Albemarle Sound to
  near The Vicinity Of Mashoes, moving east at 25 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.
