.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A weakening high
pressure ridge will give way to a weak cold front moving across
the region today. High pressure will rebuild into the area behind
the cold front tonight and move E across the waters Sun into Mon.
A series of weak cold fronts will move into the region Mon night
into Tue with high pressure once again rebuilding over the area
late Tue through Wed night. A coastal trough will develop along
coastal Oregon Tue night into Wed night.
