Individual waves may be more than twice the significant wave height. .SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A cold front will weaken and dissipate across the region through Sun. High pressure will rebuild into the area behind the cold front and move E across the waters Sun into Mon. A series of weak cold fronts will move into the region Mon night into Tue with high pressure once again rebuilding over the area late Tue through Thu. The ridge of high pressure will shift inland Thu night as a cold front approaches and enters the outer waters.
