.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...High pressure will
continue to build over the area into tonight and persist into
tomorrow. The ridge of high pressure will shift inland Thu night
as another cold front moves over the waters. High pressure will
gradually build in behind the front Fri night and Sat, then
persist through Sun night. The high pressure will slowly weaken
Mon and Mon night, ahead of a potential low pressure system. A
coastal trough will persist along the Oregon coast tonight and
tomorrow, then weaken and retreat to the S Thu night.
