.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A low pressure trough will
persist near the California coast tonight, then weaken Thu, and
dissipate Thu night. A cold front will move S across the N and
central waters Fri, then will dissipate Fri night. High pressure
will remain centered to the west tonight through Sun night. The
high pressure will weaken and retreat W Mon and Mon night as
broad area of low pressure moves SE.
