.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A coastal trough will shift to
the N and central California coast today, and then will persist
through Fri night. A weakening cold front will dissipate over the
northern waters today. High pressure will build W of the waters
today and persist into Fri night. A weakening cold front will
move into the N waters Fri night into Sat and then dissipate
later Sat. High pressure will rebuild to the NW Sat night and
persist through Sun night, as a low pressure trough restrengthens
along the coast. The NAVTEX at Point Reyes is currently out of
service. Technicians are aware. We apologize for any
inconvenience.
