...Strong thunderstorms will impact portions of southeastern Woods,
Alfalfa, Grant, northwestern Garfield and northern Major Counties
through 930 PM CDT...

At 855 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking the leading edge of winds
from strong thunderstorms along a line extending from near Waldron
Kansas to near Cherokee to just north of Waynoka. Movement was
southeast at 45 mph. Strong winds will occur well before the
thunderstorms themselves move in.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Cherokee, Medford, Helena, Waynoka, Pond Creek, Carmen, Wakita, Cleo
Springs, Goltry, Jet, Aline, Nash, Deer Creek, Hillsdale, Dacoma,
Manchester, Carrier, Amorita, Byron, and Jefferson.
