.DISCUSSION...A strong low pressure system will travel south across Oregon
on Tuesday, bringing numerous showers across eastern Oregon.  While some areas
will have high probabilities of wetting rain, the burn site will get missed out
with only a slight chance (20%) of observing a tenth of an inch or more.  Winds
will increase and shift directions Tuesday and Tuesday night, and Wednesday will
be cool and slightly breezy.
