...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTH CENTRAL SHANNON AND
NORTHEASTERN OREGON COUNTIES THROUGH 115 AM CDT...

At 1242 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 9
miles southwest of Fremont, or 17 miles southwest of Van Buren,
moving southeast at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Wilderness and Greer.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 100 AM CDT for
south central Missouri.
