showers and thunderstorms, some with heavy rain mainly in Carroll
county in Arkansas. Movement was slowly to the east at 5 to 10 mph.
The average amount where it rained last hour was one tenth to one
quarter of an inch with maximum amounts of an inch and a half to two
inches. Coverage and intensity remained about the same as last hour.
The Tulsa area forecast for early this evening, mostly clear, a
chance of showers and thunderstorms with temperatures 72 to 80
degrees and southeast winds up to 10 mph.
