At 128 PM, National Weather Service radar detected scattered
showers and thunderstorms, some with heavy rain mostly in Choctaw
and Pushmataha counties in Oklahoma and Benton county in Arkansas.
It was more widespread in southcentral Oklahoma. Movement was to the
east at around 40 mph. The average amount where it rained last hour
was one tenth to one quarter of an inch with maximum amounts of an
inch and a half to two inches. Coverage and intensity decreased
during the last hour. The Tulsa area forecast for this afternoon,
mostly cloudy, a chance of showers and thunderstorms with
temperatures 67 to 75 degrees and northeast winds 5 to 10 mph.
