showers and thunderstorms in Arkansas east of I49. Showers were
heaviest in Franklin and Madison counties in Arkansas. Movement was
to the east at around 25 mph. The average amount where it rained
last hour was less than one tenth of an inch with maximum amounts of
one half to three quarters of an inch. Intensity decreased during
the last hour. The Tulsa area forecast for late this morning and
early this afternoon, partly sunny, a chance of showers and
thunderstorms with temperatures 75 to 83 degrees and southwest winds
5 to 10 mph.
