mainly light showers primarily in Carroll and Washington counties in
Arkansas. The precipitation was in the Bentonville, Rogers and
Fayetteville area. Movement was to the east at around 25 mph. The
average amount where it rained last hour was less than one tenth of
an inch with maximum amounts of one quarter to one half of an inch.
Coverage and intensity remained about the same as last hour. The
Tulsa area forecast for late this morning and early this afternoon,
mostly cloudy, a chance of showers and thunderstorms with
temperatures 77 to 84 degrees and north winds 5 to 15 mph.
