showers and thunderstorms, some with heavy rain primarily in Latimer
and Pushmataha counties in Oklahoma and Franklin county in Arkansas.
Movement was to the southeast at around 15 mph. The average amount
where it rained last hour was one tenth to one quarter of an inch
with maximum amounts of an inch and a half to two inches. Intensity
decreased during the last hour. The Tulsa area forecast for early
this evening, mostly cloudy then becoming partly cloudy, a slight
chance of showers and thunderstorms with temperatures 70 to 77
degrees and northeast winds 5 to 10 mph.
