and thunderstorms east of a Eufaula to Hugo line. Thunderstorms with
locally heavy rain were located in Leflore county in Oklahoma and
Sebastian county in Arkansas. Movement was to the southeast at
around 15 mph. The average amount where it rained last hour was
around one quarter of an inch with maximum amounts of one half to
three quarters of an inch. Coverage and intensity decreased during
the last hour. The Tulsa area forecast for this evening, partly
cloudy, a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms with
temperatures 69 to 78 degrees and northeast winds 5 to 10 mph.
