showers and thunderstorms, some with heavy rain mainly in Pittsburg
county in Oklahoma and Franklin county in Arkansas. Movement was to
the southeast at around 15 mph. The average amount where it rained
last hour was around one quarter of an inch with maximum amounts of
three to four inches. Coverage, and intensity increased during the
last hour. The Tulsa area forecast for late this afternoon and into
this evening, partly sunny then becoming partly cloudy, a slight
chance of showers and thunderstorms with temperatures 74 to 82
degrees and northeast winds 5 to 10 mph.
