At 526 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 6 miles east of Mannboro to near Alberta to 8
miles south of Boydton. Movement was east at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down small trees and blow around
         unsecured objects. Wind impacting handling of high profile
         vehicles.

Strong thunderstorms will be near...
  South Hill, Lawrenceville, McKenney, Brodnax, La Crosse, and
  Dewitt around 530 PM EDT.
  Dinwiddie and Sutherland around 535 PM EDT.
  Purdy, Matoaca, and Ebony around 545 PM EDT.
  Petersburg, Colonial Heights, Virginia State University,
  Brunswick, and Ettrick around 550 PM EDT.
  Fort Gregg-Adams, Jarratt, Stony Creek, Gasburg, Radium, and
  Carson around 600 PM EDT.

Other locations impacted by these storms include Bacons Fork, North
Wellville, Grizzard, Booker, Dolphin, Bowens Corner, Ammon, Yale,
Pleasant Shade, and Henrico.
