* At 301 AM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Stono Inshore
  Reef, or 9 nm north of N. Edisto Nearshore Reef, moving east at 20
  knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 35 knots or greater.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.
