MENOMINEE...SOUTH CENTRAL HOUGHTON AND BARAGA COUNTIES THROUGH 1115
PM EDT/1015 PM CDT/...

At 1026 PM EDT/926 PM CDT/, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of
strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 7 miles south of
Sidnaw to near Pembine. Movement was northeast at 60 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Iron Mountain, L`anse, Crystal Falls, Kingsford, Norway, Felch,
Covington, Alberta, U.S. 141 between Covington and Amasa, La Branche,
Channing, Amasa, Sidnaw, Foster City, Skanee, Three Lakes, The Huron
Islands, Niagara, Sagola, and Waucedah.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
