Winds will be much lighter than Saturday. There will be a slight chance of weak thunderstorms over the eastern mountains with light rain late Monday afternoon. A cold front arrives Tuesday afternoon with a chance of rain and a slight chance of thunderstorms in the eastern mountains with a good chance of wetting rains.
