A strong low pressure system moving south from British Columbia will bring the next round of precipitation with high confidence (80% chance) of wetting rain over the Blue Mountains, Wallowas, and adjacent valleys. The chance of wetting rain in other areas will be 20-40%. Showers will taper off or end from the west late Wednesday.
