.DISCUSSION...High pressure will build into the area today,
maintaining very warm conditions over the area. Lingering moisture
and modest instability will result in a few showers and
thunderstorms this afternoon and evening. Gusty outflow winds will
be the main threat with these storms, as wetting rain chances will
be low. Winds are expected to increase a bit tomorrow ahead of the
next approaching weather disturbance. However, drier air will also
start spreading into southwest Utah, reducing the chances for any
showers and thunderstorms over the burn site. This drier pattern
will continue through the middle of next week.
