.DISCUSSION...Mild temperatures and largely dry conditions persist, with
afternoon minimum relative humidity values expected in the low to
mid teens. Skies remain mostly clear to clear. Winds will
increase out of the southwest to west-southwest through the day,
with some modest gusts to around 25 mph or so during the
afternoon. Winds will be slightly breezier Thursday than today,
and with a modest increase in mostly mid-level moisture, there is
a low chance (around 10-20%) of some isolated high-based
convection Thursday afternoon. If any convection develops near the
burn site, some gustier and erratic outflow winds will be
possible. High mixing heights and transport winds will support
excellent afternoon clearing index values. A slight cooldown is
expected over the weekend, with potential for a more marked cold
front to approach and pass through the region by early next week.

A system will begin to push through on Friday resulting in a
slight increase in moisture.
