while an upper level low near the southern California coast will
gradually shift eastward. This means a very hot, dry pattern with
increased southwest flow during the afternoon and evening will set
up Wednesday and Thursday. Expect mainly downslope/downvalley
winds between 2100 and 1000. Gusts to 30 mph will develop between
1200 and 2100 each day.
