At 442 AM, National Weather Service radar detected a large area of
showers and thunderstorms, some with heavy rain mostly in Carroll
county in Arkansas. Movement was to the east at greater than 40 mph.
The average amount where it rained last hour was around one half of
an inch with maximum amounts of two to two and a half inches.
Coverage and intensity decreased during the last hour. The Tulsa
area forecast for late tonight and early this morning, partly cloudy
then becoming sunny, temperatures 72 to 75 degrees with south winds
10 to 15 mph.
